Top Shelf or specialty Liquor/Wine/Beer requests will require a custom quote and some items may be priced by the bottle.

All On the Rocks Bars require a $1500.00 minimum spend to include set-up fee. Pricing is for four (4) consecutive hours of service per bar. Additional hours will result in an additional per hour charge. A minimum of two bartenders are required at $35.00 per hour per bartender. A barback may be required for larger events at $20.00 per hour. A 22% Full Service Fee will be charged to all alcohol sales, which covers all overhead costs on alcohol, permits, insurance and storage.

Signature Drinks are the best way to help your event stand out. Let our team craft the perfect Mocktail or Cocktail to perfectly compliment your event's theme and color palette.
Signature drinks require a custom quote. Pricing varies depending on liquor choices and skill needed to properly execute drinks. House Signature Drinks include one House Liquor and one Mixer. Deluxe and Elite Signature Drinks will be determined by the OTR Coordinator depending on the price of the included liquors, mixers and garnishes, complexity of the drink, and quantity needed.

Responsibilities
ON THE ROCKS RESPONSIBILITY

On the Rocks Management will file the required permit to ensure that Indiana State Excise compliance for you event. We are fully licensed by the State of Indiana to serve and sell alcohol, and are fully insured for liability. Our bartenders have Alcohol Server Permits issued by the State of Indiana, and have completed alcohol serve training. All alcohol at cash bars includes sales tax.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Additional fees may be charged to the client's credit card on file if the following occurs:
Additional Bartenders are needed to provide adequate service to the client's guests
If minimum alcohol sales requirements are not met, the client will be charged the balance/difference
If longer serving time is requested by the client and was not billed on the original invoice, the client will be billed accordingly for additional staff time

Prices listed include quality disposable drinkware and all necessary bar supplies. Sales tax, delivery Fee and a 22% Full Service Fee will be added to the final bill. The Full Service Fee covers all overhead costs on alcohol purchased, licenses, permits and required insurance.
