The Arbor Room

Our largest area that serves as the perfect setting for corporate meetings, family gatherings, or large parties. Includes seating for up to 230 people, house sound system with phone doc, microphone, podium, WiFi access, dimming lighting system, air conditioning, gas stone fireplaces, restrooms, handicap accessibility and access to Creekside Bar. All pricing is for a full day rental. Includes set-up and tear down. *Weekend dates may not be booked more than 3 months in advance.

Garden & Patio

Available May 1 - November 1. Beautiful Outdoor Setting includes umbrella tables with 36 available seats. Additional casual seating (no tables) on benches and firepit area. The Arborwood Garden will accommodate 200-300 guests with the rental of additional tables and chairs if needed. Includes seasonal flowers, three arbors, Edison String Lighting, two fountains, firepit lounge and outdoor restrooms. All pricing is for a full day rental. Includes set-up and tear down.

The Garden & Patio area is not available for Saturday Evening Rentals without rental of the Arbor Room. Patio Bar available with $1500.00 minimum bar spend.

Bar & Lounge

A smaller venue room overlooking the Arborwood Garden area, ideal for business meetings or intimate gatherings where a full service bar is requested. Includes Seating for 35 people, Phone Doc and WiFi, Air Conditioning, Restrooms and Handicap Accessibility. All pricing is for a full day rental. Includes set-up and tear down.

Gathering Room & The Farmhouse

A more intimate gathering space for smaller groups. Guests using the gathering room may bring in non-alcoholic beverages and home-cooked or restaurant carry-out food items. Cakes may be brought into the lower level. A Shoup's Facility Representative is required at a $100 fee for all room rentals if Shoup's Catering is not used. All pricing is for a full day rental. Includes set-up and tear down.

Make a whole day of it - compliment your Arborwood Event with a

Golf Outing at The Frankfort Commons Golf Course.

Arborwood 

All music and alcohol service must end by 11:00pm. Building is closed and locked at

12:00pm midnight. No event will be allowed to go past midnight without additional fees,

and a security officer may be required at the client's expense.

No glitter or confetti is allowed on the tables or inside the facility for any reason. If these items are used, the client will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No items may be attached to the walls with staples, pins, taps, etc. If damage occurs during your event at Arborwood, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. All charges for damage and/or cleaning is at the sole discretion of Arborwood. A credit card number will be required as a part of the signed contract for your event.

Food & Alcohol Service

Shoup's is the exclusive caterer for Arborwood. Food minimums are based on daily rental fees. Events in the lower level may bring home cooked or restaurant carry-out food only. Clients may bring in cake for special occasions. No outside caterers are allowed at Arborwood.

All alcohol served at Arborwood, including dressing rooms, lower level and the Arborwood Garden, must be purchased from the Arborwood Bar by the client or guests and served by Arborwood staff. 

Bringing alcohol into the building or grounds is strictly prohibited by Indiana Law.

​

A 22% Catering Event Fee and 7% Sales Tax will be applied to all catering, alcohol service and facility rentals. This fee covers all overhead costs on events, staffing, licenses, permits and insurance.
